HOW TO OBTAIN A LOSS RUN

Question: How do I obtain loss runs for liability policies I had with ROA?

Answer: Requests for ROA loss runs should be directed, in writing by mail or by fax with a signature authorizing the release of claims information, to the claims department at ROA. These requests should include the name and mailing address or e-mail address to which the loss run should be sent, the identity of the person making the request, and authorization to release the information.

Question: How do I obtain loss runs for liability policies I had with Doctors Insurance Reciprocal ("DIR"), American National Lawyers Insurance Reciprocal ("ANLIR"), or The Reciprocal Alliance ("TRA")?

Answer: Requests for DIR, ANLIR, or TRA loss runs should be made directly to the receiver or special deputy receiver of the applicable company.
